Dosa originates from South India and in the beginning had a thick and soft texture, however in more recent times Dosa is made thinner and much crisper.
Dosa is very similar to a pancake however it looks more like a crepe and is usually served hot.
Made from fermented rice and lentil batter, dosa can be stuffed with fillings, these can be vegetables and sauces.
